• Manage and mentor a team of 2-10 SDRs / BDRs.
• Maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline.
• Develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy and a rigorous work ethic.
• Experiment with new outbound approaches and adapt to changes in the market.>

You should be determined to grow your own skills as well as those of your team, and enjoy learning about new technologies.
