Early Years Educator

Position title

Early Years Educator We are seeking a dedicated and qualified full-time Early Years Educator to join our dynamic educational institution as soon as possible.

The educator will be expected to create and deliver engaging lessons that captivate childrens’ interest and foster a deep love of learning. This encompasses not only supporting in learning but also developing grace and courtesy skills, which will support them as they move through the rest of their schooling.

Responsibilities
* Planning of lessons and daily routines.
* Following the program of instruction set out by ISR, collaborate with colleagues on a daily / weekly basis.
* Integrating a wide variety of activities and instructional approaches (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities, etc.) to motivate and stimulate the learning of each child.
* Monitoring the children’s development, strengths and areas for further development.
* Managing the Learning Environment.
* Designing and setting up the learning environment at the beginning of the academic year.
* Guiding the learning of a group of approximately 20 children.
* Creating a harmonious and engaging learning environment. Develop positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
* Take a proactive role in implementing school policies, with a specific focus on safeguarding and promoting equal opportunities for all childrenQualifications
* Have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a teaching degree - primary level.
* Experience in schools or academic kindergartens is preferable.
* Have excellent levels of spoken and written English.
* Passionate about early childhood development and the well-being of children.
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
* Keeps abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Early Childhood Education.
* Is appreciative of, and sensitive to different cultures/backgrounds of families and     colleagues.
* Demonstrates a high level of attention to confidentiality.

The ISR Summer School offers students from Kindergarten (3 years old and above) to 8th grade the opportunity to participate in something unique and exciting! Our summer school students learn in a fun yet stimulating environment, with lots of games that improve their academic and language skills during the Summer holidays. All language levels are welcome.
