This is your chance to join the C&A team as Senior Visual Merchandising Manager (Men's). In this role you will actively drive the VM direction for the Division, taking ownership of the in-store journey and commercial presentation of all Men Collections & Destination Areas. You will be responsible for creating and communicating the seasonal journey and VM guidelines through managing a team of specialists as well as partnering cross-functionally throughout the business.
This role brings together the areas of VM, Product & Marketing and Sales & Operations to ensure the most visual, commercial and effective implementation of our Men Collections in stores.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or an equal-level of study in a related field
- 8+ years of VM experience & leader/manager roles within the (fashion) retail industry
- Proven track record across performance, people & projects
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve targets
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and market insights
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), proficient in business English
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of (fashion) retail trends, market dynamics, customer behaviour, with the ability to work with these factors and apply them to the role
- Flexibility to travel when needed
- Proficient knowledge level of Microsoft and/or InDesign programs
