Production Manager - Progression Opportunities

We’re working with a growing manufacturing business to recruit a hands-on Production Manager to take ownership of day-to-day factory operations.

This role suits someone who enjoys leading from the front, improving production flow and getting the best out of people. You’ll oversee planning, people and performance on the shop floor, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

As the business continues to grow, there is clear scope for progression into a broader operations role.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage daily manufacturing and production activities

* Oversee planning, workflow and resource allocation

* Drive improvements in efficiency, quality and delivery

* Lead, coach and develop shop-floor teams

* Support the introduction of better processes and systems

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role

* Strong people leadership and communication skills

* Organised, proactive and process-driven

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment

* Background in joinery, timber or similar manufacturing environments preferred
