Hours of Work: full time

Principal Analyst Duties:
As a Principal Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the creation, development, and delivery of intelligence analysis within the IPP accreditation framework.

Your role will be crucial in supporting both tactical operations and strategic force priorities by designing, embedding, and maintaining advanced analytical functions. You will foster strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners, ensuring the effective use of analytical tools and software to optimise investigations and intelligence gathering.

Principal Analyst Requirements:

Degree or equivalent extensive proven analytical experience
IPP Certification
Significant experience in intelligence analysis within the public sector
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
