As a Technician II, Warehouse you’ll manage the full lifecycle of materials—from receiving and storing, to sampling, issuing, and cycle counting. You’ll also process outgoing shipments, including Fed Ex parcels, with precision and attention to detail. The Role

Warehouse Technician Night Shift (6pm-6am) Rotating 12‑hour shifts (2-2-3).

Schedule:

Monday, Thursday, Friday – Week 1
Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday – Week 2

Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑end warehousing such as receiving, storing, sampling, issuing, cycle counting.
  • Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure inventory levels are accurate and materials are stored in the appropriate locations.
  • Support manufacturing work orders and/or KANBAN material requests.
  • Record all inventory movements accurately and contemporaneously in ERP systems.
  • Coordinate movement of finished product, released raw materials, returned MFG/PKG components and kitted components according to production schedule.
  • Process Material Destruction Orders to ensure accurate inventory management and proper destruction of expired and rejected materials.
  • Facilitate temperature‑sensitive shipments.
  • Complete weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support TR&D and QC Laboratory material requests.
  • Stay current on all training requirements, including departmental SOPs, Work Instructions, and general site procedures and policies.
  • Complete daily report for communication between shifts.
  • Safely perform all tasks associated with the loading and unloading of carriers.
  • Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain general good housekeeping and organization of materials within assigned workspace.
Minimum Requirements
  • Warehouse experience.
  • Proficiency operating Powered Industrial Vehicles.
Skills
  • General HSE Knowledge.
  • GMP Knowledge.
Languages
  • English.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is expected to range between $41,090.00 and $76,310.00 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on relevant skills and experience. Upon joining, Novartis will review your compensation periodically. Your compensation will include a performance‑based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards. US‑based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits.

In addition, employees are eligible for a generous time‑off package including vacation, personal days, holidays and other leaves.
