, Grace is dedicated to building one of the nation’s top healthcare support companies. We’re seeking a dependable and service-oriented Van Services Driver to join our growing team. This position operates in a demand-response environment
, providing safe and courteous transportation for students, employees, patients, and visitors while working closely with dispatch. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a thorough understanding of safe driving practices and customer care. Responsibilities include following assigned routes, assisting passengers as needed, operating within all traffic and safety regulations, and completing daily reports, pre/post-trip inspections, and incident documentation.

Drivers must also be able to effectively communicate using radios and tablets, stay familiar with service routes and geography, and be flexible to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends and holidays.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience operating vans, public transportation vehicles, or heavy trucks
, along with a valid North Carolina Class B CDL with air brake and passenger endorsements
. A valid DOT medical card
, strong customer service skills
, and basic computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams) are required. Applicants must also pass background checks, drug screening, and meet all physical requirements of the role.
