• Manage traffic control personnel in designated areas, including performance evaluations and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with training crew members and preparing them for advancement.
• Perform work zone safety checks and audits at least once per week.
• Ensure time sheets from crew leads are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Communicate daily with planning and scheduling team regarding any issues in fulfilling job requirements.
• Create leaders from the field.

• Team player.
• Lead by example.
• Effective communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in the field, performing traffic control and flagging activities.
• Good computer skills, including email (Outlook), Excel, and other Windows applications.
