Piper Companies is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer for a leading education technology platform in Durham, NC or Seattle, WA. The Senior iOS Engineer will develop and maintain a native iOS application, collaborate with Android engineers for cross-platform consistency, and implement responsive UI designs. This is a hybrid position based in Durham, NC or Seattle, WA
.

• Develop and maintain the iOS Study application and associated test suites
• Collaborate with Android engineers to align mobile experiences and architectural patterns across platforms
• Work closely with the design team to implement UX changes and ensure platform-specific consistency
• Participate in technical kickoffs, code reviews, and contribute to best practices and coding standards
• Ideate with product managers to define technical requirements, risks, and complexity

• 6+ years of native iOS development experience in Swift
• Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks and Swift language fundamentals
• Proficiency building UI in Interface Builder and deploying apps to the App Store
• Familiarity with XCTest framework for automated testing
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Experience with Swift
  
  UI and Rx Swift
• Familiarity with Android platform and Kotlin language
• Experience with React Native for iOS
• Understanding of iOS accessibility best practices

• $150,000–$170,000 annually
