Lead Commercial Plumbing Projects with a growing Team

An established commercial construction team is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman / Superintendent to lead plumbing crews on large-scale commercial projects in the Durham and Triangle area.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in quality work, understands commercial plumbing systems, and enjoys leading crews to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Supervise and support journeyman plumbers and apprentices on commercial job sites
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain strong job‑site communication and productivity

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Perform material takeoffs and coordinate materials needed for the job
• Ensure plumbing installations stay on schedule and meet project specifications

• Work closely with general contractors and other trades on‑site
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts and keep the project running smoothly

• Maintain high workmanship standards across the job site
• Ensure installations meet plumbing codes and safety requirements
• Promote a safe and organized work environment

• 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Experience leading plumbing crews on commercial projects ($500K - $2 million)
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and plumbing codes
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
