Lead Commercial Plumbing Projects with a growing Team
An established commercial construction team is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman / Superintendent to lead plumbing crews on large-scale commercial projects in the Durham and Triangle area.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in quality work, understands commercial plumbing systems, and enjoys leading crews to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

- Supervise and support journeyman plumbers and apprentices on commercial job sites
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain strong job‑site communication and productivity
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Perform material takeoffs and coordinate materials needed for the job
- Ensure plumbing installations stay on schedule and meet project specifications
- Work closely with general contractors and other trades on‑site
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and keep the project running smoothly
- Maintain high workmanship standards across the job site
- Ensure installations meet plumbing codes and safety requirements
- Promote a safe and organized work environment
- 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Experience leading plumbing crews on commercial projects ($500K - $2 million)
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and plumbing codes
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
