We want you to apply your relevant expertise to a challenging work environment where you can make a real difference in the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑tech electronics and semiconductor manufacturing operation. You will be able to solve complex problems with little supervision, allowing you to make decisions on how and when a project is completed.
The Day-to-Day- Respond and troubleshoot various types of alarms including temperature, humidity, air/water pressures, and water levels, etc.
- Respond to emergencies such as water leaks and power issues.
- Start and stop equipment such as boilers, chillers, air handlers, exhaust fans, and generators.
- Monitor and maintain plant‑wide systems and resolve issues as they arise.
- Electrical and mechanical experience is a must, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; write routine reports and correspondence.
- Knowledge or experience in lubrication, pneumatics, piping/plumbing repair, HVAC fundamentals, belt replacement, electrical schematics, or troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Possess a valid US driver’s license to operate motor vehicles.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with consistency to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
- Ability to work in repetitive motions and pressure involving fingers, hands, and wrists, standing or walking over hard concrete surface.
- Ability to wear fall protection if required.
- Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
