• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Adhere to environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.

• Must be 18 years old or older
• At least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
• EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
• HVAC installation experience
• HVAC troubleshooting experience
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus
• Valid driver s license
• Passing a criminal background check required
• Ability to lift 100 lbs
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Initiative and customer service skills
