Overview
Service Technician III - Colonial Townhomes at General Services Corporation (GSC). Join our team where we have provided First Class Service since 1971. You will be part of a supportive network that values collaboration, open communication, skill growth, and professional development.
Responsibilities- Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to Residents.
- Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
- Adhere to environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
- Must be 18 years old or older
- At least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
- EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
- HVAC installation experience
- HVAC troubleshooting experience
- Apartment maintenance experience is a plus
- Valid driver s license
- Passing a criminal background check required
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Spanish language skills are a plus

A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required, along with a passing criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
