Service Technician III - Duke Manor

Job Description:

As a Service Technician III, you will be responsible for completing service requests promptly, providing excellent customer service, repairing and installing appliances and HVAC units, and adhering to all environmental and OSHA regulations. You will also handle general maintenance tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
• EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal)
• Experience in HVAC installation and troubleshooting
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 100 lbs
• Passing criminal background check required
• Spanish language skills are a plus
