Security Officer - Roving Area Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with site leadership;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, help manage visitor flow, and observe for unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and policy violations;
Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information during shift turnovers
