Security Officer - Part-Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and/or contractor check-in as directed by site procedures, including issuing temporary credentials when applicable;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying property management and/or emergency services as needed;
Complete timely reports and activity logs, including patrol findings, incident details, and maintenance-related observations such as lighting outages and/or property hazards
