Security Officer - Gatehouse Access Control

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors;
Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, confirming authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining access logs and/or visitor management records;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and building systems as assigned; report irregular activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations through established communication and escalation channels;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including completing incident documentation and coordinating with property management and/or emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support tenant and property operations
