** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations at the healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. The working environment and conditions may vary based on the healthcare location.

+ Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, property damage, or unusual occurrences, to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information as needed, contributing to a welcoming environment.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and healthcare staff to address security-related concerns and/or incidents as they arise.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
