What You'll Do
  • Provide excellent customer service by following Allied Universal procedures and site‑specific policies, including responding to emergencies when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner to support a positive environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security‑related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and patients while providing assistance as needed.
  • Document and report security‑related incidents and observations according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
  • Support emergency response activities and follow established procedures for healthcare environments.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
