Job Description

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Site Supervisor.

• Set schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday (40hrs per week)
• Competitive hourly wage: $20.55 / Hr., bi-weekly (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Adapt training content and delivery methods on the fly to meet the specific needs of the client.
• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Must have an active PPSB license.
• Must be over the age of 21 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Team Lead, etc.).
• At least 2 years of security experience.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
