Resilience Officer - Harrier

About the Position

Surefox North America Inc, a veteran‑owned company, seeks a Resilience Officer (RO) to provide comprehensive security services for our clients. We welcome veterans and candidates currently in the military reserve; no visa sponsorship is offered for this position.

• Perform security patrols and deter suspicious activity while operating on foot.
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and roll‑up doors.
• Maintain logs of all visitors, vehicles, and other relevant activities.
• Provide information and assistance to staff, visitors, and other individuals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for safety and security.
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
• Assist with access‑control operations, including verifying IDs and credentials for individuals attempting to access client facilities.
• Respond promptly and safely to medical and non‑medical emergency events.
• Prepare reports and statements regarding accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities that may occur during assigned shifts.
• Assist with scanning mail and packages on behalf of client employees.
• Work independently and adapt to various work‑pacing environments while maintaining attentiveness and energy.

• Active guard registration card issued through the NC Private Protective Services Board (NC DPS).
• Eligibility to work in the United States and minimum age of 18 per state licensing guidelines.
• Pass an extensive background check and drug screening (criminal history will be considered in accordance with state and local laws).
• Willingness to relocate or live within driving distance of client sites.
• Current CPR/AED & First‑Aid certification, or in the process of obtaining it.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with professional communication skills.
• Good judgment and ability to make timely, sound decisions.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and managers.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to deploy and use assigned equipment safely and effectively.
• Capacity to stand and conduct foot patrols for the duration of shifts.
• Fully vaccinated for COVID‑19 as defined by the CDC, with proof upon request.

• Experience as a security officer or in a security‑related position.
• Military background.
• Security or law enforcement experience.
• Experience writing statements and reports.
