At GFiber, we believe that great internet can drive innovation and strengthen communities. We’re growing and looking for a Small Business Field Sales Representative to help expand our commercial internet services across the United States.

Role
Description:
Build owner/decision‑maker relationships and grow market share within a territory through outside field sales activities. Align our offerings to customers’ needs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting new businesses and managing existing accounts.
- Generate new leads via cold calling and relationship building.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and drive new business growth streams.
- Keep the CRM updated accurately and timely.
- Communicate GFiber’s value proposition and technical deployment knowledge to commercial businesses.
- High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of direct sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor‑vehicle check.
- 2+ years selling commercial internet and voice services to small businesses.
- Experience as a business relationship builder and partnership developer.
- Demonstrated quota‑carrying sales success at a B2B solutions company.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Competitive on‑target earnings of $85,851 annually ($42,925 base + uncapped sales bonus) plus benefits.
