** In this role, you will:
*** Engage our People as Business Owners:
Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promote growth. 30%
* Drive the Business:
Owns Customer Business Plan for Kingsford & Brita Brands. Exhibits cross-functional leadership and Customer perspective. Responsible to advocate for assigned customers. 20%
* Customer Planning:
Recommends integrated customer plan and supports business plan release for assigned Category/Brand. Works with 3D team to influence development of 18-month plan. 30%
* Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste:
Develops/improves appropriate tools, processes, resources to support Kingsford/Brita organization. Communicate findings with wide variety of stakeholders including sales planning teams, retailer contacts internal BU functions, field sales/ customer teams, and Clorox leadership.
** What we look for:
*** Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* Minimum 5 years of CPG experience with strong expertise in customer insights, consultative selling, and business planning
* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
* Proven track record of developing talent and mentoring team members
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including content creation and delivery
* Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with an enterprise mindset
* Ability to travel up to 25%, based on customer engagement

A: $128,000 - $252,200–Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200–Zone C: $106,700 - $210,200
