Commercial Landscaping Sales | Snow Removal Contracts | Outside B2B Sales

Our client is a family-owned commercial landscaping and snow management company experiencing rapid growth in its commercial division. To support that growth, they are hiring an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to drive new business, close profitable contracts, and build long-term commercial client relationships.

This is a true hunter sales role — ideal for someone who already sells commercial landscaping, snow removal, or facility services and wants more upside, less red tape, and real operational support.

What Youll Do

  • Prospect, identify, and close new commercial landscaping and snow removal contracts
  • Sell to property managers, facility managers, developers, HOAs, and commercial real estate clients
  • Own your territory, pipeline, and accounts from first contact through signed agreement
  • Conduct site walks, client meetings, and proposal presentations
  • Manage multi-site and multi-year service contracts
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Grow existing commercial accounts through renewals, upsells, and expanded services
  • Consistently hit and exceed new business and revenue targets

What Were Looking For

  • Proven success in commercial landscaping sales, snow removal sales, or related B2B service sales
  • Experience selling recurring service contracts (commercial, multi-year preferred)
  • Comfortable in a new business development / hunter sales role
  • Strong relationship-building skills with commercial decision-makers
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
  • Organized, self-motivated, and accountable for performance
  • Experience selling to property management, facilities, or commercial real estate a strong plus

Compensation & Earnings

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$85,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000–$120,000+
  • Uncapped commission potential
  • Clear path for income growth as the company expands its commercial footprint
