We are seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for our retail store located in Durham, NC. As a Beauty Advisor, you will use your expertise to provide exceptional in‑store experiences by assisting clients in selecting products that meet their beauty needs. Your core responsibilities will include offering advice on skincare, makeup, and other beauty products, demonstrating product usage, and delivering top‑notch customer service.
You will also maintain product knowledge, participate in store events, and contribute to driving sales. This is a full‑time, on‑site position requiring active communication and collaboration with the team to create a memorable shopping experience for clients.
- Cosmetology skills, including providing expert advice on makeup, skincare, and other beauty products
- Comprehensive product knowledge, including understanding of beauty trends and ingredients
- Outstanding customer service skills to ensure an engaging and personalized client experience
- Experience in retail sales, including achieving sales goals and assisting with visual merchandising
- Skin care expertise, with the ability to guide clients in achieving their beauty goals
- Active cosmetology license and passion for the beauty industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team setting
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused, on‑site retail environment
