Customer Service Associate

At The UPS Store, we go beyond shipping—we help small businesses and individuals thrive. From professional printing and mailbox rentals to notary and packing services, we’re a one-stop shop for essential business support. Position Overview

We are hiring Customer Service & Retail Associates who are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others. You'll be trained on all store functions including shipping, printing, point-of-sale, and customer service. No prior UPS Store experience is necessary—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
• Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and copying
• Use computers and office equipment (copiers, scanners, laminators, etc.)
• Guide customers through our full range of services (mailboxes, notary, passport photos, etc.)
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately for transactions, refunds, and discounts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Take initiative and learn how to perform opening/closing duties

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and a quick learner
• Comfortable lifting packages up to 50 lbs
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Notary public certification a plus (but not required)
• Graphic design or Adobe experience is a bonus

Hours:

Mon–Fri: 8 AM – 7 PM
Sat: 9 AM – 4 PM
Sun: 12 PM – 5 PM

Closed on major holidays

Pay
: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour (based on experience)
