We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Circle K. The role requires a fast‑paced, upbeat work style and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and run the cash register
- Handle cashier duties and make purchase suggestions to customers
- Support the food program and assist in store appearance
- Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Work across multiple areas of the store to ensure a high level of customer service
- Strong selling abilities and product knowledge
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude
- Team‑player mindset and willingness to achieve daily goals
- Creative problem‑solving and suggestion skills
- Retail and customer service experience
- Cashiering or sales associate experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Motivation to advance in career
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fun environment
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
- Occasional lifting up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist with twisting for up to one hour per shift
- Climb ladders as required for store maintenance tasks
