Calling all Dining Supervisors! As a Dining Supervisor, and a Forest Team Member, you’ll help support this mission by supervising the dining staff and assisting with the provision, preparation, and quality of Dining Services.
Responsibilities- Supervise the dining staff and assist with the provision, preparation, and quality of Dining Services.
- Previous dining supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in long-term care (skilled/assisted) or CCRC is highly preferred.
- Knowledgeable of sanitation practices and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Strong communication skills; able to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, guests, and staff.
- Possesses ability to follow instructions, work well with others, and maintain good rapport with residents and other staff.
- Ability to maintain professional attitude in high stress area.
- Basic computer skills.
