Overview

Assistant Manager - Stratford Lake Dr. (Durham, NC). Full-time position with 50 hours per week, open availability including weekends and holidays. Candidates should be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior restaurant management experience preferred.

• Manage restaurant operations, including leadership of the crew and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Oversee P&L, food costs, and labor in a fast-paced, quick-service environment.
• Participate in an eight to twelve-week paid training program covering certification in crew positions and Serv Safe certification.
• Ensure timely skill tests, written tests, classroom sessions, and development of management skills.

• Experience with restaurant management in a quick-service setting; prior supervision of a team and familiarity with P&L, food costs, and labor management.
• Strong team player with energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Self-motivated, with regular and dependable attendance; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old. Management experience preferred.

• Open availability; weekends and holidays required.
• Approximately 50 hours per week; 10-hour shifts with day and night options.
• Compensation: $760.00 - $900.00 per week; supplementary pay options include commission and benefits.
