As a Waitstaff (Lead) and a Forest Team Member, you’ll help support this mission by serving as a team leader to train and coach Waitstaff while providing assistance in all bistro dining service functions, such as serving meals, and stocking the kitchen and dining rooms.

• Lead and train Waitstaff; coach team members to deliver excellent dining service.
• Assist in all bistro dining service functions, including serving meals.
• Stock the kitchen and dining rooms.

• Minimum 1 year experience in food prep, handling, and cooking required.
• Prior experience in fine dining, Four & Five Star/Diamond Hotels and resorts is highly preferred.
• Experience training and coaching is highly desired.
• Strong communication skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Can-do spirit; able to build positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.
• Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• General knowledge of proper safety and sanitation practices. Serv Safe Certification highly preferred.
