Clinical Research Associate – Sponsor Dedicated

Base Pay Range$40,000.00/yr – $45,000.00/yr

Job OverviewAs a Research Associate, you will assist project managers in day‑to‑day operations of either federally‑funded or commercial studies. This is an entry‑level position focused on clinical research support rather than laboratory research.
Responsibilities- Participate in all aspects of clinical research support, including document preparation, maintenance, and filing.
- Coordinate meetings and provide support.
- Manage data entry and review for data management activities.
- Write external correspondence such as emails, memos, minutes, and reports.
- Format documents and create document templates.
- Create and format Case Report Forms and other study‑related documentation.
- Maintain project website.
- Communicate with internal and external project staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or related area with research emphasis; past experience working with data or on research studies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills—demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Committed to quality: attention to detail and adherence to high‑quality scientific standards.
- High character: honesty, integrity, and a collaborative culture.
- Critical thinker with the ability to develop practical solutions.
- Agile and adaptable, able to respond to and manage change quickly.
