$40,000.00/yr – $45,000.00/yr

As a Research Associate, you will assist project managers in day‑to‑day operations of either federally‑funded or commercial studies. This is an entry‑level position focused on clinical research support rather than laboratory research.

• Participate in all aspects of clinical research support, including document preparation, maintenance, and filing.
• Coordinate meetings and provide support.
• Manage data entry and review for data management activities.
• Write external correspondence such as emails, memos, minutes, and reports.
• Format documents and create document templates.
• Create and format Case Report Forms and other study‑related documentation.
• Maintain project website.
• Communicate with internal and external project staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or related area with research emphasis; past experience working with data or on research studies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills—demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

• Critical thinker with the ability to develop practical solutions.
• Agile and adaptable, able to respond to and manage change quickly.
