Contract – 12 Months with a possibility of extension

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary
  • The QC Analyst supports the Quality Control team in ensuring compliance with established quality processes and standards for manufacturing and production.
  • Responsible for performing analytical testing, laboratory support functions, and maintaining quality systems in a cGMP environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and non-routine cGMP release and characterization testing using analytical techniques including ddPCR
    .
  • Support laboratory operations by performing assigned testing, documentation, and quality procedures
    .
  • Maintain laboratory standards by ensuring cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper documentation
    .
  • Record and maintain accurate logbooks, equipment usage records, and laboratory documentation
    .
  • Assist in equipment maintenance, calibration, and operational readiness
    .
  • Identify and report deviations; initiate laboratory investigations and quality events with guidance from senior analysts or management.
  • Participate in analytical troubleshooting and instrument problem-solving activities
    .
  • Support special projects and assay development activities when required.
  • Apply Lean Lab and Six Sigma concepts to improve laboratory processes and efficiency.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update procedures when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks
    .
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
    .
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline
    .
  • Basic understanding of laboratory testing and analytical techniques
    .
  • Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    .
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    .
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
    .
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard laboratory procedures
    .
