Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a responsible Site Quality Coordinator to join our team!

Influential i ndividual contributor that leads the management and development of the quality activities for all products manufactured at the RTP electronic gases facility. This position is responsible for managing all quality related programs, initiatives, and reporting requirements for this site. This position works closely with all individuals in the production facility across various departments and works closely with plant manager, providing leadership in this functional area with daily onsite presence.

Position is key to Linde’s ISO Certification, customer complaints responses, operational quality metrics and management of MRB. This position reports to the EG&SP Operational Quality Manager.

What you will be doing

· Oversees Linde Electronics Product/Customer Incident Management System, completing all on-site quality investigations and coordinating responses for customer complaints.

· Facilitates tactical, cross operational and high-profile quality incidents, serving as the key support site and ensuring incidents are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

· Presents quality incident findings to senior management and customers as needed.

· Facilitates Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to ensure operational quality.

· Serves as the Lead Internal Auditor for onsite audits and all customer audits and leads efforts to resolve and close audit findings and action items.

· Tracks and reports all site quality KPI’s and metrics.

· Manages the Site Quality Leadership Team (QLT) meetings, facilitating local management review of quality metrics.

· Manages the cost of non-quality programs for the site.

· Identifies and drives continual improvement efforts.

· Identifies potential safety concerns and organizes internal teams for response.

· Provides training as needed for related Quality Management System initiatives.

This role requires access to information and products subject to U.S. export control laws (ITAR/EAR). Consistent with those laws, candidates must meet the definition of a “U.S. person”—i.e., a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), or an individual granted protected status (such as refugee or asylee) under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).

What makes you great

· Associate degree preferred in an engineering, quality, or science discipline

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality, engineering, or operations function in the electronic gases industry required.

· Strong knowledge of semiconductor Supply Quality Assessment (SQA) and process control systems (PCS) required.

· Experience with electronic gases and technical product, valve and packing knowledge required.

· Proficient with quality methodologies and systems (e.g. 8D investigations, complaint response, FMEA, root cause analysis) preferred.

· Working knowledge of Synergi, 8D reporting and Audit manager knowledge preferred.

· Certified quality auditor, quality engineer or certified quality manager preferred.

· Must have the ability to communicate and influence effective at all levels.

· Must possess excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, and statistical software tools).
