Known for our team‑oriented and collaborative atmosphere, we work every day to foster and maintain a supportive, positive, open, and collaborative culture that is family oriented, and employee focused. With a committed staff of 19 veterinarians and over 50 support team members, we bring dedicated, high‑quality care to our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

About You

As an ER/ICU RVT with TVRH you would function with a great deal of autonomy and responsibility, so there are a few things that are a must:

  • The more you know – No body knows it all, but your patient care knowledge and skills should be solid. You should be willing, enthusiastic even, to learn and try new things and to share what you do know with others
  • Earn the team’s trust – You take your responsibilities seriously. Be where you’re supposed to be when you’re supposed to be there and do what you’re supposed to do when you’re supposed to do it. Know when to ask for help and give help to others when it’s needed
  • Be Kind – Treat your team, your patients and your clients with the respect, compassion and consideration you would like to be shown if you were in their shoes…or paws
  • No I in TEAM – Cheesy but true, the ability to work both independently and with a team, while maintaining a positive attitude, is critical. Being willing to help where you are needed keeps the team going and the care flowing
  • Never work a day in your life – What’s that saying? If you do something you love, you’ll never work a day in your life! Be passionate, have fun, LOVE what you do!
