Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full‑time, on‑site urgent care role in North Carolina.

• Provide autonomous care for acute and episodic conditions, including procedures like laceration repair and wound care.
• Assess, diagnose, interpret tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
• Manage an average of 3–4 patients per hour in a fully equipped clinic with clinical protocols and support.

Schedule:

3 × 12‑hour shifts weekly, rotating weekends, with no on‑call duties and flexible scheduling.

Compensation: $55–$70 hour ($103 K–$131 K year), with incentives, bonuses, and benefits including insurance, 401(k), PTO, and professional development.

NC licensure, BLS/ACLS, 1+ years experience preferred, strong clinical judgment, and patient‑centered approach.
