9300 Medical Oncology at Duke University Hospital provides care for patients with solid tumors from new diagnosis to end of life. Staff on 9300 provide cutting‑edge therapy, including chemotherapy and research studies, and are experts at palliative and end‑of‑life care. The 9300 Medical Oncology unit is a 31‑bed, fast‑paced environment constructed of an elite team of enthusiastic medical oncology registered nurses and nursing care assistants. Our staff have strong assessment skills, value teamwork, and strive to provide excellent patient care. The well‑being of our patients is a top priority. If you are seeking to gain skills‑sets that will provide a solid foundation for your career, the medical oncology unit may be a fit for you.
The medical oncology unit is eligible for a $15K sign‑on bonus incentive. It requires one year or more of RN experience and is new to Duke!
As a Clinical Nurse with Duke University Health System, you will prioritize providing service while caring for the whole person in a patient‑centered atmosphere.
