SRNA Hiring Stipend
$45,000 Lump‑Sum Stipend: Provided while in school, in exchange for a 36‑month employment commitment upon graduation and entry into a CRNA position at Duke.
- $60,000 Commitment Bonus:
Eligible upon conversion to a CRNA role d in $10,000 installments every six months over three years (total of six payments)
- Upon commencement of work as a CRNA, all FTE CRNAs working in a hospital setting are offered a $15,000 annual stipend for 1.0
