We are seeking a highly reliable, execution-focused Marketing Operations & Design Lead to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for a rising marketing professional with strong design skills who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and wants to grow into a strategic leadership position.

This is a hands-on, contract-to-hire role. You will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives with precision while working closely with leadership, who will provide strategic direction and performance insights. High performance in this role will lead directly to a full-time Marketing position.

• Marketing Calendar Ownership: Manage and execute the social media and email marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns launch on time.
• Graphic Design Execution: Create high-quality, on-brand assets for social media and email campaigns using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
• Social Media Operations: Manage end-to-end publishing workflows, including uploading, scheduling, tagging, and quality assurance checks.
• Email Campaign Deployment: Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
• Operational Coordination: Organize marketing assets, manage logistics, and maintain consistency across channels.
• Performance Exposure & Growth: Review campaign performance with leadership to develop analytical and strategic marketing skills over time.
• Sales Enablement: Build and maintain sales collateral and digital presentations that support customer-facing sales efforts.

  Strong skillset in graphic design tools, relevant experience in a marketing role.
• A Startup-Minded Operator: Experience working in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments; comfortable wearing multiple hats; proactive and ownership-driven.
• A Strong Visual Thinker: Keen eye for design and branding, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, effective social and digital marketing assets.
• Execution-Driven and Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail; ensures accuracy, polish, and on-time delivery.
• Technically Comfortable: Confident using marketing tools, social scheduling platforms, and email systems; comfortable troubleshooting and basic HTML.
• Organized and Process-Focused: Enjoys managing calendars, organizing assets, and maintaining smooth workflows.
• Curious and Growth-Oriented: Eager to understand performance data and the “why” behind the work.
• Ambitious but Grounded: Seeking a clear path to responsibility and leadership through strong execution and reliability.

• Initial Contract Term: 3–6 months
• Monthly Time Commitment: Approximately 24–25 hours
• Full-Time Conversion: Successful candidates will transition into a full-time Brand or Marketing Manager role with a salary target of $55,000–$75,000 plus benefits.
