** Plant Maintenance Mechanic I

** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform timely repairs.
* Inspect, adjust, and replace mechanical components as needed.
* Collaborate with plant leadership and maintenance teams to support operational goals.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow all safety procedures.##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions.
* Commitment to working safely and following established protocols.
* Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
