Production Associates Night Shift

We are seeking Production Associates for a full time position with our client, a leading producer of one of the world's most popular trading card games located in Durham, NC. These are full time, day or night shift positions located in Durham, NC.

Pay: $16.13/hr

Shift: 7pm-7am 2-2-3

• Follow all safety procedures and be prepared to stop machinery in case of emergency.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
• Calibrate and operate manual scales to verify product weight accurately.
• Collect and inspect finished products from the wrapper machine for quality, defects, and proper sealing.
• Pack inspected products into appropriate containers according to instructions.
• Feed displays into shrink wrap machines and inspect wrapped products for quality.
• Weigh, label, and palletize finished products for shipment based on job specifications.
• Assist with basic mechanical issues and report equipment or material problems promptly.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and ISO standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth production operations.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods during assigned shifts.
