Manufacturing Support Associate

Job Overview

The Manufacturing Support Associate I/II position serves as an introduction to cGMP manufacturing. The role performs routine and non‑routine cleanings of GMP facilities, manages process waste, and continuously supports manufacturing operations on a 12‑hour shift schedule. Aseptic and gowning qualifications are required, and the associate documents and maintains records to comply with regulatory and SOP requirements.

• Perform and maintain routine, weekly, and monthly cleanings of manufacturing facilities (daily, weekly, monthly). Aseptic and gowning qualifications required.
• Clean, operate, and maintain the process waste area. Ensure cleanliness and discard waste materials. Clean drums and dollies as required.
• Prepare, build, and complete processing assemblies (PAR) for production.
• Complete facility response forms and communicate with other departments requiring EM sampling. Maintain 5% stock of general supplies in manufacturing production areas.

High School Diploma or Associate Degree with 0+ years of experience. Knowledge, skills, and abilities include language ability, reasoning ability, math ability, and physical demands as outlined below.

Stand, walk, and wear steel toe shoes. Push, pull, squat, lift, reach, and carry waste as needed. Essential physical functions are met by the job description.

• Knowledge and experience using Word, Excel, and e‑mail.
• Knowledge and experience using a computer, telephone, copier, and fax machine.
• Use of full‑faced and half‑faced respirators is required. Facial hair must be maintained short enough to ensure a good seal for properly wearing the respirator.
