Piedmont Microgreens is hiring! Sales are growing steadily, AND we have our foot in the door with a few major buyers. If everything works out, we could double production over the next 4-8 months! We've already started preparing for our new customers by buying up lights, racks, trays, soil, and everything else. The most important component is still missing, though. You!

We’re looking for a Farm Assistant to help keep the farm running smoothly. The farm hand will help with the following tasks.
- Composting
- Cleaning Trays
- Preparing Trays for Planting
- General Farm Upkeep
- Labeling Packaging
- Assisting with Harvest
- Running the Farmer’s Market
- Meeting with Chefs
The position is full time, 40 hours/week. Pay starts at $15.00/hour with PTO. Must be open to working a Tuesday to Saturday workweek. The schedule could change after work begins.
No farming experience is required, but it s preferred. Must be comfortable bending over frequently, climbing ladders, and moving objects heavier than 70lbs.
