As an Assembler
, you will play a crucial role in the production of high‑quality electronic components. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our products meet stringent quality standards. This position is located near Durham, NC

• Precision Assembly:
  Apply and remove masking materials on precision electronic components under magnification to ensure accuracy.
• Equipment Operation:
  Operate various manufacturing equipment, including coating baths, ovens, benchtop dispensers, and application tools to facilitate the assembly process.
• Component Handling:
  Work with small parts, utilizing magnification devices for detailed work and quality inspection.
• Quality Control:
  Perform thorough quality control inspections and pack finished components to maintain product integrity.
• ESD Protocols:
  Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection protocols to safeguard sensitive electronics.
• Workplace Maintenance:
  Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to contamination prevention procedures to support overall production quality.

• Attention to Detail:
  Steady hands and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
