Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced steel fabrication equipment, including roll-forming, press-breaks, lasers, welding, and more. As part of our Shipping and Receiving team. The specialist’s primary responsibility is to(load & unload) flatbeds, vans,and box trucks, pulling & packaging orders, inventory control (cycle counts), and effective communications with various departments

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Promptly loads trucks and unloads deliveries.
  
  Sorts and stocks receivables.
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Provides additional backup support.

• Attention to details.
• Adhere to work environment safety.
• Be proactive.
• Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock.
• Receiving, stocking, and stacking.
• Create and fill out BOL's.
• Create and prepare commercial paperwork (USMCA).
• Forklift Experience.
• Pulling, packing, and loading flatbeds /box trucks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Able to perform repeatable processes.
• Able to apply time management to meet daily goals.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. throughout the day.
• Able to be on your feet up to 8 hours.
• Able to work overtime as needed.

• Forklift experience.
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.
