This is a Night shift position, working Mon-Thu 2PM – 12AM one week and Tue-Fri 2PM – 12AM the following week.
As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician III, you will provide customer-oriented service and support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform corrective and preventative maintenance on manufacturing washers, autoclaves, centrifuge, Bioreactors, tanks, pumps, and other production equipment at our Bio Site location. This position requires a solid understanding of manufacturing systems including mechanical, electrical and control principles.
What You’ll DoCollaborate with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing personnel to troubleshoot equipment problems.
Perform preventative and corrective work order maintenance.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical problems and work with outside vendors to resolve recurring issues.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures in performance of assigned duties.
Maintain appropriate maintenance and repair logbooks.
Work independently, with only general supervision and instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new assignments.
Navigate in a CMMS system to find and close out work orders. Schedules workload with planner.
Performs small projects as directed by the Supervisor.
High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or related manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with maintaining and repairing pharmaceutical and biotech related equipment preferred
This work requires occasionally climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces, moving/lifting test equipment up to 50 lbs. as well as working in clean spaces where gowning is required.
Ability to stand for up to 3 hours at a time is also required.
Knowledge and usage of hand and power tools to perform assignments preferred.
Knowledge of CMMS system
Knowledge of Lock-Out Tag-Out to energized systems

Additional InformationThe base compensation range for this role is: $30.29-$39.42
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
