Your role at Clorox:
In this role, you will be the Sales Planning Manager, Burt’s Bees – Category Sales Planning. You are a strategic business leader and architect of growth, responsible for shaping and activating a multi-channel category strategy that directly influences the future of the brand. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams, you translate enterprise objectives into actionable, customer-backed plans that drive performance, unlock growth, and strengthen competitive advantage.
This role is recognized as a critical driver of strategic growth and operational excellence within the organization. By aligning category and customer strategies with corporate priorities, you play a pivotal role in ensuring Burt’s Bees remains a leader in innovation, execution, and marketplace relevance.
ResponsibilitiesEmpower People as Business Owners
Coach, develop, and empower team members to think and act like owners, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Set clear direction and priorities, ensuring teams are aligned to the business vision and equipped to deliver results.
Drive Business Outcomes
Own the multi-channel category business plan, advocating for its success across the organization.
Leverage strong brand and customer acumen to influence strategic decisions and guide trade-offs that maximize growth and return.
Lead Category & Customer Planning
Integrate customer strategies into a cohesive category roadmap, supporting the development and release of Next FY and multi-year business plans.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure plans are forward-looking, data-driven, and responsive to evolving consumer and retail dynamics.
Build Organizational Capability
Deploy tools, processes, and best practices that enable scalable growth and operational rigor.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve ways of working to elevate execution across the business.

What we look for5+ years of CPG experience, with a strong foundation in category management, consultative selling, and business planning.
Demonstrated ability to translate insights into strategy and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering clear, actionable insights that drive growth and business transformation.
Strong understanding of Clorox ways of working, systems, and processes—or the ability to quickly learn and lead within a matrixed organization.
A collaborative, confident leader with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
This role is required to be based out of Durham, NC due to business needs. As our Hybrid 2.0 policy, the ideal candidate will be in the office 3x per week.

We are committed to fair and equitable pay and disclose salary ranges. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location. Zones:
Zone A: $128,000 - $252,200;
Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200;
