We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the oversight and execution of multiple programs, projects, and initiatives. This role is responsible for managing teams that support strategic execution and alignment with corporate objectives, ensuring successful delivery within budget and time constraints. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, program management experience, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and performance improvements.
Job Responsibilities- Provide concurrent oversight to multiple projects/programs accountable to one or more business executives
- Lead teams in the development and execution of specialized programs and initiatives aligned with strategic goals
- Identify, analyze, and understand target audiences and program needs to deliver effective solutions
- Advise and communicate across all enterprise levels, including senior leadership, regarding program status, risks, and opportunities
- Serve as a technical resource, guiding and supporting team members in managing complex initiatives
- Facilitate change through continuous process improvement, resource leverage, and creative problem-solving
- Define and track improvement metrics and benchmark data to measure program success
- Oversee prioritization, work process development, and documentation to meet corporate and industry standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, where applicable
- Lead employee development, including coaching, training, and performance management
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Expertise in program and project management across various business domains
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives effectively
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry accreditation standards
- Experience with performance metrics development and reporting
- Familiarity with enterprise project management tools and software
