* ** Safety Leadership:
** Drive compliance and champion a safety-first culture across all warehouse operations.
* ** Operational Oversight:
** Direct inventory flow and oversee storage, preparation, loading, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* ** Logistics Coordination:
** Coordinate customer shipments and logistics, auditing documentation to maintain policy and regulatory compliance.
* ** Team Management:
** Lead team performance through hiring, training, payroll management, goal setting, and career development initiatives.
* ** Performance & Reporting:
** Optimize KPIs and inventory accuracy by leveraging SAP ERP for reporting, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.#

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
* 5+ years in a supervisor or manager level position within a warehouse environment
* Proficient in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office products
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Experience operating a forklift and motorized pallet jack
