Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading residential community management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the upkeep and improvement of the community. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully with the organization.

* +  
** Plumbing*
* + Replace faucets, toilets, and standard fixtures

+ Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and drainage issues

+ Operate sewer augers for routine plumbing needs

+  
** Electrical*
* + Replace outlets, switches, and lighting

+ Troubleshoot GFCIs, breakers, and basic residential wiring

+  
** Property & Grounds*
* + Lawn mowing, weeding, trash removal, and general landscaping

+ Maintain curb appeal and community cleanliness

+  
** Unit Turnovers*
* + Perform clean-outs, light repairs, and minor upgrades

+ Prepare units efficiently for incoming residents

+  
** General Maintenance*
* + Complete service requests independently and in a timely manner

+ Support preventive maintenance across the community

** What's Needed?*
* +  
** 2-3 years
** of general labor or property maintenance experience

+  
** 1-2 years
** of basic residential plumbing experience

+ Ability to lift  
** up to 50 lbs
** and work in all weather conditions

+ Basic technology skills (work order apps / smartphones)

+  
** Valid driver's license and reliable transportation*
* + Willingness to complete a hands-on maintenance skills assessment
