As a Houseperson/Floor Technician and a Forest Team Member, you’ll help support this mission by maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and beauty of the facility and resident homes.

Openings:

• Full-time; 40 hours/week
• 7 days/week; 8 hours/day

• Prior experience at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and/or previous housekeeping experience is highly desired.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Can-do spirit; able to build positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.
• Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Team player; happy to help others when needed.
